More likely at the Official Japanese press event on the 15th for the arcade build.
It's a fighting game, it's locked to 60.
But still there will be so many advantages (cheaper price, faster loading, better graphics, options, input hardware, lower input lag).
And especially with fast sync in the horizon which heavily reduces input lag with vsyn even on a standard tv will be great.
Chance? Tekken is the biggest fighting franchise so far.
