People aren't going to rush out and buy Xboxes en masse because there's a more powerful and expensive version coming out. The mass market doesn't care. They want the best value for their entry point console, Scorpio and Neo don't change that. Most people who aren't following E3 on Neogaf will care more about the next price drop than the next hardware reveal.

Let them dream, It's the Xbone launch all over again.

Nothing I've seen from the Xbox conference has gotten me excited much. The S console is a nice addition, custom controllers is cool too, and Scorpio will be powerful af.. but it's all about the games.

I'm all for the new console they released, it looks far better. But I still am not compelled by their games enough to carry two subscription services and invest in the MS console platform again.

Please hear me, the new console looks nice. But the content they are offering isn't enough to sway me over and with a limited budget, I'm not getting both.

As many people have already said in this thread, the average customers wouldn't care if the console has 6 teraflops or 10 teraflops. They will buy a console that have games that are fun to play, not a superior console that is just there for show.

EA didn't announce shit. Bethesda had Prey and Quake? Microsoft had DR and ... the Tekken ports? What am I missing, because this can't be it.
