For real. People who aren't interested should just leave for an hour. This is what Treehouse streams are. A really deep look into a game from knowledgeable people. It's better than having a stranger tell you what they thought of a demo in 30 seconds spurts with scatterbrained observations.

I think I'm gonna be satisfied with this game honestly, it just sucks that it will take ages to traverse this world both in terms of distance but also to explore vertically.

I LOVE all the tools they've shown so far, there's a ton of potential for experimentation and discoveries. So far in the trailer I see:

- hack down trees to create bridges
- roll boulders into enemies
- freeze water to create platforms
- use the magnet item to pick up metal objects
- set the grass on fire

It can't get more gamey than this.

True, though admittedly Pokemon isn't a great game to do a long demo of.

I think there's plenty of kids and adults who will love this. I'll be playing the game and I'm happy to see the new Pokemon revealed. But Treehouse live always had these kinds of moments where Skylanders was demoed or something. The beauty of the format is that it will shift to something else but you get a long time with each game.
