So if you change the HUD to Episode Duscae would you then execute moves/skills like the original version? I'm guessing not.
I think it'd be a better idea to advertise with 'Somnus' or even some generic epic-y music.

There was a lot more information than I expected from that. I honestly expected a bunch of "no comment" answers or stuff we already knew.
I disagree. Somnus is good, but Stand By Me is instantly recognizable, and will catch people's attention (in the west). It is a good choice.
Somnus is still in the game so there's that.
I want story DLC and not costumes lol.
I don't know if it'll grab the audience the way they want it to. I could be wrong.
They showed another city last year, remember the cat cam video? Though I have no doubt that Altissia would be the biggest city in the game.
I have a feeling those story DLCs won't be very good. Today people are expecting TW3 or Fallout 4 level of expansions, I don't know if SE can deliver.
I would be happy if they added in say, a new Astral with quests involved in unlocking them. He also made mention of coliseum updates possible.

Heh no doubt Bahamut will be one of the astrals along with Odin. Also, story dlc could add new summons and such so that's cool.

Yeah, Odin is Tabata's favorite summon and he goes way back.
Also we can manually control the camera and take photos in photomode now instead of just Prompto auto-taking shots.

Yeah, attacking with circle feels really weird. Never got used to it in Platinum.
Was making a joke about the recent "leaks" where someone said you go to Insomnia after 10 years and Noctis had been asleep for 10 years or something. Leaks were disproven.

Gamescom, TGS and launch trailer is spoiler territory. The XV questions segment was pretty cool and I'm confident the framerate will hold up.

I'm impressed with Tabata's answers to the technical question. He's really hands-on on all aspects of the game.
Yeah. I like using L1 for defense and circle for rolling. Just a more natural feeling control scheme all around.
