Gisela Stuart - German-born Labour MP for Birmingham Edgbaston is for Leave

I always find this slightly ironic

If you have taken 5 minutes to walk around edgbaston you wouldn't. It's the perfect breeding ground for the upper middle class "leaving the EU will bring back good ol blighty" fantasy.

Probably just following her constituents.

Does anyone know any specific EU red-tape and rules that are stifling British business or is it just a sound bite with no real meaning behind it?

Why do I have to give my workers paid holiday?
Why can't I fire someone for getting pregnant?
Why can't I fire people for no reason?
Why can't I force my workers to do longer hours?
Why do I have to ensure their working environment is safe?

Those regulations.

this needs to be careful, I get it is a London crowd, but the last Q+A Boris did the remain camp was basically accused of just 'get at Boris'

if the country sees a stitch up it can have to total opposite reaction remain would want

The audience will have been selected by a polling company to make it as balanced as possible.

Now, how loudly people shout from each side, that's another matter.

Boris talking about the disparity of pay between shop floor workers and CEOs is one of the most disgusting, appalling moments in British political history.

Thanks for the reactions guys, not watching this because I can't bear to see Boris any more at the moment and the BBC live text is furiously neutral so it's hard to get a feel for what's going on.

Wish they'd stop the clapping too. Loads of these points on both sides don't deserve huge rounds of applause after 30 seconds of talking.

New drinking game: every time someone says 'take back control' drink a pint of bleach and end the pain of watching this debate once and for all.

"Please provide details of what you plan to do in the case of Brexit."

"PROJECT FEAR! PROJECT FEAR! STOP ATTACKING OUR PATRIOTISM!"

This gonna be how it is for 2hrs? Zzzz

Andrea Leadsom sounds like one of those QVC presenters who has a director constantly speaking in her earpiece, selling a product she has no knowledge of.

new poll

Non-BPC member, Survey Monkey, has poll with LEAVE 1% ahead. Fieldwork Sat - Mon

these guys got the GE correct, but are not a member of the polling council

I am actually staggered she tried to claim the US said they would give us a better deal if we left.

That's such a blatant untruth.

Oh great Priti Patel, I'm sure this will be sensible.

I haven't seen a lot of this but the debate seems like total rubbish. Even ignoring the substance of what people are saying, everyone is stumbling through their lines and talking over each other.

Actually they didn't. Their error margin was higher than everyone elses. Meanwhile the conservative in charge of leave thinks the result will be 53-47 for remain.
