I think in order for leave to have had a chance it would need to be points ahead and not equal in any polls, this will be a very good win for remain i feel.

I'm actually curious: If there are any sorts of defection from any of the political parties after the vote tomorrow, regardless of the result, what does that mean in terms of their representation? I mean, most people don't actually vote on an individual candidate basis anymore, but by political party. So if the political party of their MP changes, what exactly happens...? (Didn't keep up during the famous ones with UKIP, sorry)

I can't shake the feeling that any amount of premature relief on the remain side is too soon given the severity of the situation :/ Please go and vote!

UKPollingReport has weighed in on the new polls:

ComRes for the Daily Mail have topline figures of REMAIN 54%, LEAVE 46%, a widening of the Remain lead after their last poll showing Remain and Leave within a point of each other. ComRes have reallocated don’t knows based on respondents’ views of the impact of Brexit on the economy, which looks like it boosted Remain by a point or so. Full tabs are here.

YouGov for the Times have topline figures of REMAIN 51%, LEAVE 49% – so considerably closer. The YouGov poll now includes a turnout weight (though it made no difference at all to the topline) and a squeeze question, which also bumped Remain up by a point. Full tables are here. On YouGov’s website they’ve also updated the multilevel regression and post-stratification (MRP) model of referendum voting using all their data, which they first posted earlier in the week, that is now also pointing towards a small lead for Remain.

Note that all four of the polls here include Northern Ireland. Most general election polls don’t, and so polls during the EU campaign have varied on whether they do or do not include NI – all these four do.

Oh dear god no. Just say we have decided to remain. Fuck this word nonsense.

What is this ?

The closer it gets to it being time to vote, the more the polls swing towards the status quo.

The polls in the past few pages have reassured me a bit, but I'm still going to go out to vote to make damn sure that we stay in the EU.

This wins it for me...

It is (X) for Britain to leave the European Union:
Risky: 54%
Safe: 34%
(via YouGov)

It is (X) for Britain to remain part of the European Union:
Risky: 35%
Safe: 53%
(via YouGov)

When people are in polling both this will be the thing that decides result in my opinion.

...Of course the Sun leapt on Johnson's little soundbite.

...Of course the Sun leapt on Johnson's little soundbite.

It's just like a movie poster.... a really bad one.

Been chatting round the office, to friends on facebook and family members who aren't, so far out of everyone I've only found four people who want to leave and one of those isn't registered to vote.

I'm really hoping remain wins tomorrow, we get so much from the EU I don't want us to throw it away based on the leave campaigns lies and misinformation.

Vote remain!

Yeah but media outlets are not allowed to hence you have no way to get your message across.

'UK population increases by 500,000, mostly due to migration' is just news, and a simple statement of facts. That's what we could see tomorrow. No campaigning needed.

I love Bild so much. Their front page tomorrow is:

"Listen Britain, if you vote Remain tomorrow, we will accept that the goal in 1966 went over the line."

Yeah but after votes leaves inability to promise less migration, will that make a difference now, doubt it.

<3 Germans.

Yeah seconded, one of my best friends at St Andrews University was German, damn nice guy. That combined with the positive experiences with Germans in World of Warcraft I grew kinda fond of Germany, despite when I was younger being rather anti Germany because of the Wars, but I grew out of that after I got my education.

Hoping that Britain pulls through with a Remain vote tomorrow. This referendum has truly brought out the worst in people, even people close to me.

Since the Labour party will remain a clown car for a while, I hope Cameron jettisons the looney-tunes right to the back benches. He's got nothing to lose at this point, Murdoch already threw him under the bus.

For me it was Oktoberfest.

Tie him to one of those migrant boats and send him off to calais.
Lol.
Boris is never held to account for anything, he will have a distracting jape worked out already.
Act stupid and endearing.
Man, you have the best name and avatar combo on GAF :D
Thanks. :)

Lets hope the same happens for Cameron, whatever the outcome, the useless twat that he is.
Corbyn too. Ship them all off to some black hole.

Explains a bit.
Well.

Yeah that I could well believe, wish I could go to Munich, maybe one day if it's a remain vote, i did a German beer festival at uni though was awesome, but memory is vague after the first 10 steins, I do remember getting home though the following morning, likely drunk myself sober.

Personally voting Remain tomorrow, as is my mum. Think nearly everyone else in my area is voting Leave though
