All I can say at this point is that no matter the result, this has got to be the ugliest, most divisive British political campaign in God knows how long. It's taken an already divided society and driven a wedge between it. I honestly don't know where the country goes from here no matter what we do.

As important as it is to win this referendum, it's even more important to make sure it fucking sticks and the country isn't put through this horrid bullshit again for at least another generation.

It would appear politically "difficult" to hold another EU referendum without holding another Scotland referendum first.

Given that the majority of the UK don't want to re-open that can of worms, I don't see another referendum any time soon.

It technically is and isn't. Its a British Overseas Territory, but the UK handles foreign relations - as such, that covers the EU.

It's a British Overseas Territory. But it's membership of the EU is tied to the UK's membership, that's why they got to vote in this referendum.
