I am thinking that they are gonna add a mechanic where if you have low health a 5th move is activated sort of like Synchro.

I really wish they would try a different protagonist. Just make him and Serena get together and let their kid be the new protagonist, with Pikachu still being alive and being with him.

There are two variations of Zygarde core. If you ask me, I think there's gonna be a sidequest that requires you to combine a Zygarde you got in XY with another you get in SunMoon to get the complete forme Zygarde.

If we're assuming the anime is being honest here then it doesn't actually work that way. Many people also thought it might be like that as well in the beginning.

So the Route 1 Pokemon confirmed so far seem to be:

Caterpie
Ledyba
Pichu
Yungoose
Grubbin
Pikipek

Weedle is pretty much a guarantee because it's always been Caterpie's version counterpart. Spinarak could also be a possibility since it was Ledyba's counterpart in Johto. Also, Pichu is a downgrade, seeing as Pikachu could be caught in XY before the first gym.

This is what I was thinking. With this being the second battle you have with him I assume he picks up something to counter your starter.

If there was a like feature, I would like this post. No more leaks please. I was so happy for rediscovery in Gen VI and then the leaks exploded. I saw stuff I didn't wanna see and the confirmation of the small ~70 new Pokes was just altogether disappointing. I think if the story and character details had leaked, I might have cancelled my preorder altogether.

not really. its like headcanon. we dont know if theres an actual correlation. it could just as easily be a reasonable and realistic explanation like localization, shipping, and stocking logistics

I would accept that explanation if it were an issue when XY released. And even then, pushing the dates for the other regions a few days back could deal with this problem while keeping that worldwide same release day thing they bragged with in the XY reveal.

I'm 100% it's because of those leaks. I'm not even mad anymore about that, it makes sense even though it sucks.

It's pretty hard to completely avoid spoilers on the internet, especially with a game as popular as Pokemon

I was responding to the post about wanting to see the final starter evos, which can be mitigated by waiting for the games to come out.

I am among the crowd who waits up late for CoroCoro scans the second they show up on 2ch (nowadays it's Twitter posts), so I have zero issue with participating in leak threads, especially when they are going to be followed up with official video a few days later via TPCi.

is a spoiler, the psuedo legendary line and all other unrevealed Pokemon are spoilers, all unrevealed locations are spoilers. The fact that Team Plasma exists isn't a spoiler, Mincinnino and all other Pokemon from pre-release aren't spoilers, your starting town isn't a spoiler. That's all pre-release, stuff that is literally shown to you, know what the fuck people are talking about before you butt your head in.

hindsight is 20/20 you have got to believe that tons of fake leaks that look just like those would always keep showing up almost all the time and you just learn not to pay any attention after awhile

Afaik, most of the leaks came from Italy

I remember the XY leaker got it from a small business in Canada and they like flew a Nintendo rep over there and took all their copies or something crazy

Pretty sure its not punishment. That doesnt seem like the best way to prevent leaks.
