See, that's the problem with conspiracy theories, every time there is evidence that proves the conspiracy wrong the crazies just expand their conspiracy net to include more and more people.
So now, because the FBI found no wrongdoing by Hillary, the FBI is in on the conspiracy too.

I mean, in theory he could.
But...it would be a slam dunk impeachment (with a fairly good shot of a criminal indictment of his own) if he knew there was evidence of criminal wrongdoing and willingly directed an agency of the government under his supervision to ignore it.
But like others have said, Obama and Hillary have their first joint campaign appearance today. If there was anything coming down, Barry would have surely cancelled.
