If there was any criminal activity done knowingly, on Hilary's part, it sounds like her lawyers did a great job of disposing of it. Bottom line: She's innocent in the eyes of the law and we can vote for her with a clear conscience.

Maybe if he wasn't simply repeating the exact same thing that the Republicans have wasted thousands of news cycles rinsing and repeating until the audience tuned it out. The fact that like whitewater and Monica Lewinsky, the Republicans just spent millions of taxpayer dollars on a meandering investigation come proxy campaign run is the actual crime here.
It will, at least in the short term. Expect the polls to converge until the convention and people to freak out about the election once more.

But I mean facts are facts right? She had classified and top secret e-mails on non secure servers. I don't think it was her intention to do that, it's just a case where she didn't think about it, or didn't understand technology, therefore didn't think to ask about it.

Being careless isn't sufficient to qualify as criminal behaviour. The legal test for the offense was higher than that, which was why actual legal experts said that the odds of her being indicted were always negligible.
Now the Republicans and the remaining Bernie Bros will have to find another talking point apart from "wait for the indictment!"
Yep, they've harped on the emails for so long that most Clinton supporters won't care at all as long as there's no indictment.

I believe he said that while they found no direct evidence, due to what they were dealing with, they wouldn't find evidence either way. It's possible that it was hacked, etc.

It pretty much had to be a swerve. He had to build it up. Make it sound like this was a worthwhile endeavor for the FBI to pour a ton of tax payer dollars into, as opposed to them indulging a crazed, right wing political witch hunt.
