I think a lot of people were saying "bad" because it's not a mainline Pokemon game on a phone. Which it was never going to be.
For what it is (basically geocaching but with Pokemon) it works pretty well. In the time I had with it, it was fun but I think it depends heavily on your location...really not all that dissimilar to early problems with Streetpass.
I think it'll hopefully catch on and hopefully it may even get some people to exercise more lol

I can get back on now. I evolved a Pidgey and put and egg in an incubator but the screen says I'm in the middle of a bunch of water and none of the nearby landmarks are showing up. Still gotta wait.

I can't log into my Trainer Club Account - says my information is invalid and that I will be locked out of logging in for 15 minutes if I keep making mistakes. I'm sure I have the right info because I logged in a couple hours ago.
Just went to the site, where I was already logged in, and tried accessing my user info. Said that I didn't have permission to access that page. Logged out and tried logging in again, got errors again saying that I entered my information incorrectly.
I go to "Forgot username", enter my e-mail address and it says they don't recognize it. This is bullshit, I have e-mails from Pkmn Trainer Club in my inbox right here.
I really don't wanna act all paranoid but this is worrying. I hope it's just something serverside and all my stuff is safe.

The Gyms location are based on the locations of the portals in Ingress, so i dont think thats going to be a problem at all, because portals in Ingress are user based and Ingress is very popular around the world even in small countries, so you have plenty of portals no matter the place.

Same thing happening here.
I tried to login, told me my password was wrong and 2 more attempts i would get logged out. So I tried on pokemon.com (with the browser saved credentials, that i just logged in with an hour ago successfully) now gave me an error saying 1 more attempt and ill get locked out. So I decided to try resetting my password on pokemon.com. Entered my email address and it tells me it couldn't find an account. Wtf.

Relax guys, server issues could show the same symptoms. Don't stress until we know more or until everything has stabilized.
