thanks for the suggestion OP, i'll download it in a while. all these uploads from people look awesome!!
This is rad! Results are pretty quick for the intense process going on. I like that there are different filters that work better for different kinds of photos, rather than each one trying to be a one-size-fits-all solution.

which filter is the second one? it looks like a glass painting!!

omg

Yep, definitively you can put art in an algorithm. Not only it's an advanced filter put on top of a photo, it's just looks good, as whole, artistically speaking.

Eh, yes and no. This is undeniably very cool, but you can see the cold manufacturing quality to it after you've looked through quite a few of these.

Basically, machines aren't going to replace individual art with this.

...I need to learn how to create image filters.

Hopefully if an Android version comes, I can find some awesome gothic filters for all of my selfies!

...and maybe hopefully the filters can distract from the fact that I have an HTC One :I

There's nothing that'll get you the look of a classic gothic painting like this.

The "Gothic" filter looks like this:

But there are other ones that sort of make it look illustrated.

The electric filter preview image is a drawing by an artist I support on patreon, Sakimichan. I think it was in her set two weeks ago? It even has her watermark on it!

So this is basically Dreamscope, which is basically Google's Deep Dream code.

Looks like the exact same algorithms, which are open source.

I want an implementation that can render locally on my home PC, even if it takes days...
