freakin amazing

Oh he just rolled it. He didn't even do it right.

Though, it would be pretty disrespectful if he did.

As someone completely unversed in MMA rules, I imagine there's rules about continuing contact with someone unconscious, including throwing objects at them. This was probably the safest way he could do it without ending up disqualified or something.

Regardless, the world's gone mad. I thought the Pokemon thing was over with the mainstream after the 90s aside from continued game and anime releases, yet here we are.

This is the hat pokemon go players should wear so people know they are playing the game and are not trying to be weird.

At first I was like
Nah this is some post processing place the hat on the head shit

But nope, that was amazing (and what a vicious knee I can only assume connected with that dudes nose)

Not only is Bellator on top of their shit, they just sent out a press release on it.

Bellator MMA Welterweight Michael "Venom" Page just took the Pokémon craze to new heights, after knocking out Evangelista "Cyborg" tonight in London (airs ton Spike tonight at 9pm ET/PT) with a vicious flying knee, "MVP" then proceeded to pull out a poke ball and roll it towards his downed opponent, adding a "Cyborg" to his continuously growing Pokedex.

Did Pokemon ever really leave the mainstream, though? I know it wasn't near what it was at the '90s, but I thought the games, at least, were still very mainstream.
