Bill is going to deliver the speech of his life tonight and I'm excited for it.

I know Bill will be great, but I have this feeling that Obama got super fired up by Michelle's amazing speech and is going to come out and absolutely kill it.

Either way, I'm expecting great speeches all around and far few dickholes chanting or booing.

Assange has insinuated that the DNC staffer who was shot and killed a few weeks ago my have been the lone to leak the info.

OK, so we all know Debbie Wasserman Schultz (DWS) was the co-chair of Hillary's 2008 presidential run, where she lost the nomination to Obama. So, in order to lock down the nomination for 2016, Hillary was able to get DWS in charge of the DNC and manipulate it from within. That's the theory anyway, except....
In order for this to work, they would first have to, not only get the DNC chair to step down, but also get them to recommend DWS for the position. The Clinton's would have to promise something to that person, something more prestigious than being head of the Democratic party. So who was that person and what did they get in return?
It would appear that Donna Brazile was in-line to get the position, but she was only the interim chair after the previous chair left, served only one month. According to this, http://rulers.org/usgovt.html#parties, the previous chair of the DNC prior to DWS was Tim Kaine.

Aren't these 18-21 year olds that are Bernie or Busters the same ones who couldn't vote 4 years ago? As in, Obama won easily without them. Not saying a vote is not appreciated.

I don't think there is any reason to be dismissive. Remember back in 2008 were so many people were moved by Obama? Same thing here, Bernie pulled in a great deal of young Americans and old Americans alike. People who truly believed in his goals, that is very emotional and powerful.

Conspiracy shit like that is too easy when you have these people who have been working in and around the party for their entire adult lives.

Where is my girl Barbara Mikulski? The longest serving woman in the history of the United States Congress, from the greatest state of Maryland!

There is nothing wrong with what the Bernie supporters are doing. Having your voice heard, a silent walkout...all of these are important messages to deliver to the powers that be in the Democratic party. Unity in this context is simply a line from the power elite to shut up and do what you are told.

What IS potentially wrong with it is if in their message, they end up shooting themselves in the foot, not vote, and Trump gets elected.

Under normal circumstances, what the DNC has done may potentially warrant losing a vote, but not in this election....not now...Trump is more dangerous to a democracy that the Democrats playing lose and fast with their primary rules.

As such, while make all the noise you want, remember to vote....and vote against Trump.

I understand you, #BernieOrBust. But he did the only thing he could. Establishment Super Delegates would have never changed their vote.

Let the man fight with her for God sake, and let's stop Trump.

MSNBC just explained something, Hilary did not win by acclimation.

The Bernie votes will count at the end. It was not unanimous like it was in 2008.
