I had the terrific luck to meet him when I was a little kid, like 5 or so. He was running for President then, and he was doing the whole handshaking and meeting thing outside where my father worked.

My father had me up on his shoulders, and waded into the crowd. Bill approached us, looked up at me, looked me right in the eye in a way I remember no adult besides my parents ever did then, and said "Hi, I'm Bill Clinton!"

I looked him right back, and with all the courage of a 5 year old safe on his father's shoulders, replied "Hi, I'm (Strimei), and I'm taller than you!" And you could see this was not the reply he expected. He processed it for a moment. And then he laughed, an honest laugh, and shook my right foot.

I've been a fan of his ever since.

Yup.

It's crazy how refreshing it is that Obama is pretty much scandal-free. Just reminds me how sad I'll be when he's gone.

And Hillary has been anything but scandal free. She invited scandal in her capacity as Secretary of State and even while she is a presidential candidate she's being investigated for potential misconduct and breach of national security. It's really messed up that Trump and Clinton are what the two major political parties vomited out as presidential candidates.

Is his health actually bad or is this just speculation on your part? I can't remember seeing anything saying he's in poor health.

He's 70 and went vegan in 2010 so that might account for his weight loss?

Nothing official has come out but there have been rumors circulating around for awhile that he wasn't doing too well. This combined with how he looks now and the fact that he should be her most effective surrogate but has been pulled off the trail seems to mean something is likely up.

You will never hear anything official about his health because he is too well liked and they will keep any health issues he has under wraps.

And it's exactly what America needs to hear. He's doing a fantastic job painting a beautiful picture of her humanity. It's been a major knock against Hillary that people think all she is a cold calculating politician. Bill is doing an awesome job humanizing her. That's what Melania was supposed to do but couldn't.
