My guess is that they're going to after every electoral vote they can. What makes this notable is that besides North Carolina, this is the first place that Romney won that Hillary is campaigning in for the GE, meaning she's placing offense, not that much defense.

I would say playing some offense, but the easiest path to victory is holding states Obama won in 2012. At the end of the day what's important is winning, not how many electoral votes she gets. Of course in a sane world she would get them all, but that's not the world we live in.

Hillary I expect will play a safe campaign so not too ambitious. Demographics are in the Democrats favor, so there's no need to go after difficult states like Arizona and Missouri.

Also it's harder to split our vote in Nebraska now because the GOP gerrymandered the districts to where the two strong Democrat bases are now split into separate districts to dilute the Dem votes after Obama did it.
