Whose Twitter is that? Did he work on the film? It sounds like he's commenting based on partly on speculation of intent and on the differences between the film and a script he read/worked on (?) earlier on. It doesn't mean they cut scenes they shot, it means they changed the story.

Why the fuck would they cut the JOKER's scenes, of all characters? I get it, Will Smith still has clout, he probably demanded more screen time. Fine do it. But why not sacrifice scenes of Croc, or Katana, or any of the other B-Listers who aren't gonna get a solo film anytime soon? Why cut scenes from what is essentially gonna be the Loki of the entire DCEU?

Doubt it, that was a one time thing. Look at people's reactions to the tweets. After BvS everyone kept their hopes low(er) for this.
Then there might be hope, maybe, but only after a Flashpoint-esque reboot.
WW wasn't, he wrote the script and is overseeing post production.
Looks like he co-wrote the script with the guy who co-wrote the story of the film with Zack Snyder. Lol. I believe in Zack the Man!
Johns had some hands in WW but he's really getting his hands dirty starting with JL. From what I understand he's been flying back and forth.
