Before the patch the initial leaker guy said he reached the center in a bit over 30 hours. Keep in mind he was rushing to the center. Even still I don't think you "finish the game" as the story isnt really the point of this game. But I dont know much about the end.

Amazon does this. That typically means you are close enough to a shipping facility that you can get it on time. Don't worry about it saying Wed, it will likely change as they get it moving.
