Wonder whether Sony will just call it Neo and be done with it. House never clarified to say it was called "Project Neo" and simply called it PlayStation Neo.

The use of that Curry's advert is irrelevant really. The ad strongly implied Euro 2016 would be shown in 4K when it wouldn't be broadcast in the UK at that res. Their excuse was that it would upscale making it look better...They also did the same before on a previous ad with the same excuse about upscaling.
I would clarify/re-word this post if it wasn't meant to convey some knowledge!

PS Neo sounds like a winner to me. Too confusing for mass market though? I mean it's a PS4 too and not a completely new console.
It really does. They should've kept the name Morpheus as well. I think the name PS4 Neo or simply PSNEO sounds right.

Sony will announce the Super PlayStation, then Nintendo will come out at the event to announce the NX as a cartridge add-on for this new Super PlayStation console.

PS Neo is the home console and the NX is the handheld that plays Neo games.
NX = Neo Xtravganza.
You can also plug the NX into the Neo to boost the power to 6TFlops like the Nintendo patent outlines.
This creates the Trinity of PS4 games, Neo games and NX games.
But I thought we were dawgs...

Agreed, but the uninformed consumer can claim that "PS4K" implies that and that's where the ASA will open a case and decide whether it is or is not false advertising based on whatever... from either side of the argument. If Currys can get a slap on the wrist selling the TVs stating you can watch the European cup in 4K, when you cant as there were no 4K channels, and they are the receiving device, then a signal supplying device can certainly be scrutinised in the same fashion.
The key word is implies and if they call it PS4K and they go on to advertise it as such then that'd be pushing it, but if they call it PS4K and champion 4K multimedia then they should be fine.
