For those tired of easy Telltale gateway adventures, here's some more hardcore stuff.

Gabriel Knight
Gabriel Knight II
Gabriel Knight 3(D)
Phantasmagoria
Phantasmagoria 2: A Puzzle of Flesh
Police Quest Collection
Quest for Glory 1-5

The above were released today. If you want some more adventure classics (the good and bad):
7th Guest
11th Hour
Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Father 20th Anniversary Achievement Edition
Harvester
I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream
King's Quest Collection
Noctropolis
Realms of the Haunting
Sanitarium (with achievements!)

I've had the Space Quest collection from Steam for awhile now. Glad to see more class old-school Sierra titles are coming.

I must've been 5 or 6 when I watched my sister play through Phantasmagoria. One of the final scenes made me cry out of fear.

These are the games of my childhood. My memories are very very fond.

I greatly enjoyed typing naughty words in the pc (in the station) in Police Quest. If I remember correctly if you type "pussy" it comes back with "a safe port in any storm"

Gabriel Knight all over my face! In my veins! I adore Gabriel Knight 3, its such a flawed gem, when I was a kid I wanted to visit the french pyrenees because of it.

Anyone know if these will work with Windows 10? I purchased the King's Quest Collection a few months ago, and I was really disappointed I couldn't even run them in Windows 10.

I just bought this too for $15 on Amazon too. I just opened it last night to install it. Now I feel dumb lol.

I thought these were there already?

Would love to find time to play QfG-series.

Nope, release today. King's Quest was available.

Speaking of this topic anyway: Anyone remember this old gem?

eBay and Amazon have floppy disk copies for a hefty price. I need this on Steam.

Do they run well on modern PCs? I've been burned before buying older PC games from Steam. GOG is usually the safer choice.

Even if you run into trouble, I'm thinking SCUMMVM will work with most of the games.

(I'm not sure if SCUMMVM works with the late generation games like Quest for Glory 4)

I can't believe they still haven't put up SWAT 4. Its killing me.

I owned a copy of SWAT 4 on Direct2Drive. Worked fine.

Then they got bought out by Gamefly. Even though I still have the installer file, the stupid thing refuses to work with the authentication servers offline.

Sigh. DRM sucks.

That only tends to happen to games that were on Steam a long time ago before GOG was a thing. When it takes to same day released/GoG and then Steam down the line, the game will be the same build, so they will run exactly the same.
