The GBP is fine. It'll be either $449/£400 or $399/£350. We have never had fair prices and this is in line with the pricing strategy of the OG PS4.
You can't possibly tell me it'll be something like $449/£450? It'd tank fast due to people knowing they're being ripped off even more than usual.

With the current leak specs $400 seem about right .
What i am saying is if the specs raise i will be willing to pay more.

Guess I will be waiting for a price drop if I'm gonna upgrade to a NEO because $500 and even $450 doesn't sound appealing at all.

Disregard anything and everything you hear Colin say. Red Dead is very likely at this event though since the E3 last minute pull.

1. Expecting the Neo to have a second APU/GPU.

Considering how huge the first game was...the headstart Sony would get with say 6-9 months of Neo being the best "console" to play it on would be huge.
Edit: I'm assuming - because I haven't totally been keeping up - that if I don't have a 4K tv and am not likely to get one anytime soon, that I'd get little to no benefit from the Neo?
And that's basically what Colins source told him... So should we disregard what you say to?
I do anyway because it's doubtful to show up. A remaster is more likely.

Sometimes people forget that these consoles don't have insane mark-ups. The retail price is usually pretty close to the cost of manufacturing.

Due to the Orlando shooting the next Red Dead was pulled from Sony E3 2016
Because they want to take advantage. If Sony do that they'll ruin all goodwill. British people are weird with their money. If it doesn't feel like we are getting a deal then we won't buy. People will question and feel ripped off.

There was a rumor that RDR3 was going to close Sony's E3 conference, but it was pulled due to the Orlando nightclub shooting. There was a apparently a scene where someone walks into a saloon and shoots it up that Sony/Rockstar thought may have reminded people too much of that shooting, and it was too late for Rockstar to recut the trailer. People that believe the rumor point toward Days Gone having its reveal trailer shown early in the conference and then having the gameplay demo shown at the end as proof that something went on. They also point to the DG gameplay demo being uploaded to Sony's Youtube channel right after the initial cinematic reveal.
But again, it's just a rumor and we don't have any real evidence that it was true.
.While I don't believe the rumors, if that indeed was the case, there's been plenty of time to prepare a new trailer.

Yeah, I'd be down for it if that's what would happen. I think I will see what current games will get patches. My current PS4 is slowly dying so either a Slim or Neo will be on the cards soon

Honestly, the chances of it being there are 40% at the moment. Some might say those are OK odds. I'm still a bit doubtful but the announcement is 100% coming. Just a matter of when.

Well, that is one of the reasons why I kinda believe the rumour
When the presser was happening I was looking for the YouTube version of the trailers as soon as they were posted. When Days Gone showed up the first time on the keynote, they only showed the overall trailer with some cutscenes, but the PlayStation channel on YouTube posted a video with the whole thing, including the gameplay that only showed up 30 minutes later on the presser. Then the video went private during the conference and was only made public a day later.
So, that show to me that Days Gone was going to show up only once on the conference as a whole package with the intro and the gameplay, but they had to cut the already planned trailer and throw the gameplay on the end for a reason.
