Chances are this episode is nothing serious, she was out and about on a hot day in a long sleeved suit and got a little overheated. However, given the past criticisms that have been made about her health, this leaves a bad lasting impression

These "episodes" have a history of being overblown (see articles about Hillary coughing). To me the "smoke" in this situation is the history of overreactions we have seen time and time again from certain media sources.
