I have no idea but it would make sense :/ Still not great that they can't give their new PC audience a taste but oh well let's see what happens.

I'm pretty sure they had a 4K PC driving rig setup at E3. Atleast I remember watching a preview video where some dude talked about that.

That looks fake, the F3 demo icon is too big (also centering is off). Screenshots look like from the car announcement.

Maybe, but maybe not. The FH2 demo was a cut down version of the open world with 2 or 3 cars available, this might be similar.

I wasn't too bothered by the dudebro looking character, I just hated how he always looked so miserable. I hope that's different this time.
