That's actually what the FFB is like in the game. Almost no FFB on regular roads, but there's FFB when you're off-road.
I'm hoping it's a bug otherwise it's a joke.
edit: well sounds like you might actually have separate issue.
After playing and not even finishing the demo, I bought the standard digital version. $10 off, no tax, and free PC version makes it a better value proposition than Best Buy GCU ($47.99 + 9% tax). It takes a lot for me to buy digital when there's a physical alternative, but MS made this choice clearer for me. I like this cross-buy stuff. If I can get close to 4K60 (hell, even 4K30), my face will very likely melt. Happy to have the XB1 version too for the HDR.
I never buy digital when a physical copy is available for the same price but I did the same thing as you because of the play anywhere thing. It's a pretty smart and cool idea.
The funny thing is I moaned about the lack of physical ultimate edition for Forza 6 and then I went digital with FH3 when they actually have a physical ultimate edition. Oops.
I'm not sure if it's been known, but according to Arthur Gies of Polygon, the review embargo is up on the 20th at 6 AM PT.

The more points you get by achieving goals (as you can see on the Rewards site) in each Forza game, the higher the tier you get, thus, the higher reward (ingame money) you can claim each Friday on the reward site (or the Forza Hub app on Windows 10 and Xbox One).
Just play to get more points by achieving goals
Also, when a new Forza releases, your tier can get you some ingame rewards to start with, such as money and free cars. They did not announce yet the FH3 ingame rewards.

The preorder cars are just pre-tuned versions of in-game cars.
This is my first new Forza game since they implemented rewards. Do the cars get added to your garage or do they need to be purchased at the autoshow?

T10/PG send them to you as gift messages. The car goes into your garage when you claim it.

edit: Since we're talking about rewards, if anyone here is new the franchise go to the xbox store and download all of the free content you can find for past titles. It says "Paid DLC" on rewards, and I know I got a couple of paid packs for free, but I have the max points for DLC on all Forza titles by grabbing what was available at no cost. It might help put you into the next tier by the time the game is out.

.All UWP pc titles that are advertised as having HDR on xbone s will also natively include support with nvidia pascal cards, don't know where amd stands on HDR right now
