Photo mode enhances image quality a great deal. It does not look exactly like that in-game.

The latter. Pose your photo mode image, take the photo so the effects render nicely, then press back (if you upload it it gets compressed), don't move the camera otherwise you'll need to render again, hide the UI and simply screenshot the game.

^^^That's why I asked the question. This screenshot looks saturated as hell but I love how much the colors pop. Figured it was some HDR thing or honestly, it looks like there's some sort of color correction going on after the fact. But if that's just how the game looks w/o even HDR I'm happy.
