But, is the game crashing towards the end of the installation for anyone else? I can't even play it. fml

Well, for me it is. As a big Diablo fan I feel other AARPGs don't compare. They just seem to falter one way or another, whether it's the feel of the combat, the loot, pacing, whatever...

Grim Dawn is the first AARPG I feel stands toe to toe with Diablo. Combat feels just right, plenty of loot, and graphically it's very detailed. Personally I think it looks better than Diablo 3 so far. It's surpassed my expectations so far, and will probably become my new addiction.
 
So this month went strangely for me.

I lost my credit card in early August and had to cancel it and get a new one. Totally forgot to update Humble Bundle.

Was just searching for my keys for September and couldn't find them. Then realized I changed my credit card so figured that makes no sense, no big deal.

Except then I checked my credit card statement and they billed me $12 on August 26th (a lot of companies get the new credit card number from the credit card I assume, like my cable bill just transferred). So they billed me but didn't give me the bundle. Is there something I have to do to claim it? I don't remember ever doing that in the past but maybe I'm being forgetful.

Edit: nevermind, found a download link for Soma and that took me to the keys page. Just strange it's not showing up in my recent purchases.

Damn straight.

Been eying it for awhile and $10.80 was enough to push me over the edge, but I wish I hadn't waited so long. Having a great time with my occultist. Controller support is a big plus for my commute too. 6 hours in and falling down the rabbit hole.

If you love Grim Dawn that much, you should definitely check out Titan Quest. It's basically Grim Dawn's predecessor (same engine, even), and it seems like most people who have tried both do prefer TQ.

Even moreso now that TQ just got an awesome re-release and is currently on sale for just $5:

Humble just took money out of my account and Grim Dawn is finally available. I cannot wait to play it tonight. I have heard such amazing things about the game. I was a Diablo addict for a good long time and I have a feeling this may scratch that itch...until D4 comes out anyway.

Just a wild guess, but maybe Oxenfree is in this bundle? The game is now off 75% on Steam. Everytime there's a major cut before the reveal, I think it's part of the bundle xD

Too early to tell for me, but there's never any games from my wishlist, and I have like 178 of them, many indie. Their regular bundles are better. I also hate Daedalic games.
 
Ok month. Toth is a great surprise but I already have Hotline Miami 2. I'll probably play through Deponia franchise soon. Don't think I'll ever touch Slime Rancher even though it's a cool concept.
 
Was after Slime Rancher (and Stardew, so I'll stay subscribed despite telling myself to cancel), and new Deponia is always welcome. Great month.

I'm happy with the bundle. I wanted Slime Rancher and Deponia D, and Grim Dawn is great.

You can download it DRM free from the bundle page but the Steam Key is simply missing (my steam account is linked though which is probably causing it to be missing). Does anyone know, if you did get a steam key, will it activate from Australia?

Having mixed feelings about this. DRM-free for the win again.
 
Do you not receive a game code if you're in australia? I don't mind giving my code to someone if it's just a matter of not receiving the code.

You get a DRM free copy still but i think this is a oversight on Humble Bundles part and they will remove it if they find out.

Yeah, I've already downloaded all the versions. It'd suck not to get updates though. If HB removes it, they will need to offer compensation.

Meh, I'm happy enough with the DRM-free version only. At least I'll get to finally play the game despite our country's ridiculous censorship system.
 
I wanted a DRM-free copy of Sardew Valley. It's not included, only a Steam key. I think this will be my fist refund. I've had enough of these low quality bundles.

Edit: I thought for sure they had a DRM-free copy of it included when you buy from the humble store. My mistake, but I still think I'll get a refund.

Edit 2: Managed to sell the key for a reasoable price. I'm in for another month.
 
Didn't have any of the unlocks, and several of them sound genuinely interesting/fun. Already have Stardew, so if anyone's interested in that, feel free to PM me w/ an offer... otherwise, I'll head to the BST thread.
