10k shouldn't be forgotten either. He did the same for a long time and after the Eurogamer report, even said it was because there were two devices.
Both of them get confused between what they want NX to be and what is likely to be true.

Dates don't really have meaning, there's something on almost every date from Nintendo that could be stretched to be relating to the NX, either from game releases, news released dates or anniversaries.

OMFG, its really happening. Seriously at this point I just wanna know the launch games to fully figure out my spending schedule. And please reveal the system rpice at the reveal because I really REALLY meed to know it.
I hope for a Splatoon 2 near launch. Should be doable to they start small again.
Smash 5 with new characters have been heavily rumored so I expect that, tho probably not at launch.
As for multiplatform games, I hope Persona 5, Overwatch, For Honor, and/or Rocket League come.
Also since this is a combining of handheld/home and doesn't really have any gimmicks, theres no typical packin gimmick they can do, so I kinda expect Animal Crossing to be a packin but who knows. (if its ready) Seems like a great overall game to packin.

A dead console with one last hurrah in Zelda not due till March 2017, nothing major till then and yet silence remains with an increasing number of frustrated fans from what I have seen, the NX Reddit is like something from One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest at the moment. Just thinking what the games media would be like if this was Sony or MS in this situation with such a prolonged silence.

It could be because the dollar went below 104 (to yen) for a period which means any revenues earned in dollars for Japanese firms will be reduced when reported in yen. It did recover slightly - Nikkei was up 0.3% yesterday.

So guys, where are we getting Friday from? NateDrake and Emily Rogers don't imply that specific day in their tweets.
This is definitely only my imagination, but Sun/Moon look to me like they're meant to be displayed on higher resolution displays. It's probably the high-polygon Pokemon models that are clearly future-proofed, but also unfortunately make the 3DS struggle keeping up.

People are saying Friday because it's the 5th anniversary of the Nintendo Direct. There is no real rumor. It's just speculation really for that day.
