I double-checked the trailer, & you may be right. That costume may be an alternate....or perhaps his V-Trigger form.

Should be next year some time, given that Ono teased him earlier this year. I'd also consider Viper and Decapre as all but guaranteed at this point too. (Former is all over story mode, latter's basically done.)
