Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 what crimes Hillary committed?

Yes I've kept up with the election, but my friends keep telling me it's "cut and dry" that she committed a crime but they don't want to "pursue it".

It's incredibly hard for me to find answers online that are not incredibly bias one way or the other. Google isn't really an option.

None.

Get new friends.

None, your friends are biased and influenced by decades of smear attempts and misinformation against Clinton.

Those undecideds make me nervous.

How can this possibly be this close. Trump even being relevant is embarrassing.
Everyone took him as a joke then he turned into the underdog going up against the corruption like a movie or something.

The mistake everyone did was take him as a joke.

Her taste in hot sauce is suspect.

Can anyone explain why?

Heavy gerrymandering in US House districts make it very difficult for the Democrats to ever conceivably retake the House. They'd need something like a +8 win nationally on a uniform national swing to get there.

To add to that, Democrats are up in the generic house by 3-4%, but will still loose by a bit. It's some of the biggest BS ever.

To put it bluntly, the logic behind this is that if you don't want your political opponent in power, then you have to start from the premise that your opponent is guilty. The problem, of course, is that 'guilty' should be assessed as a conclusion after careful examination, not instituted as a fact.

"Hillary Clinton is guilty, we just have to find out what she is guilty of."

It's absolutely disgusting, and I hate the fact that I can't discuss American politics in real life without the entire conversation being about her emails.

Finish him.

Wow, back dominating the polls again. Very good to see.

538 has Dem's chance of having majority in the Senate at 49something percent, whereas PEC has it at 79%. Why the big difference?

So happy to hear that the Philly transit strike has been resolved. That had me really worried.

Also, Clinton is coming to NC tomorrow morning for a last minute rally. I remember Obama coming to our local office in 2008 to tell us that NC was in play amd to stay and call/email all night if we could. This makes me think she thinks that NC really could flip back to blue this election! :)

As a Brit with almost no care in the world for our own politics, I always find US politics quite fascinating at times like these. This one has been a roller coaster of a ride, fair play.

Sky News live coverage is usually pretty good, so I'll watch it through that.

I'm not American and I'm as hyped for this as I am for the fucking Superbowl, you'd think this were the entertainment event of the year, but it's an election after all lol

Can't wait to see the reactions when this guys loses

Think I've settled how I'm planning on voting on the MA ballot initiatives.

1. No (Additional Slot Parlor)
2. Yes (Allowing more charter schools licenses) - This is easily the most contentious thing on MA ballots this year.
3. Yes, obviously (Restrictions on cruel animal confinement)
4. YES (pot legalization)
5. No - Local HS - I support the renovation of the HS, but the $275M price tag is unreasonable, and the funding mechanisms are unsustainable, especially given the history of such projects in the area. I'd support a scaled-down version of the plan.

I'm from Australia but really concerned for the world if Donald Trump wins.

Those in the US please get your votes in for Hillary, and don't be complacent thinking you don't need to vote.

The thigh I hate most about this election is how it has encouraged the racists and xenophobic morons. Seeing people be proud of their hate and ignorance will always grind my gears.

I will do my part and vote for the only truly qualified person on the ticket. Hill-dawg needs to win this in a landslide.

One more day folks! Don't think I'll be able to watch the news today. I fear its just going to be unwatchable. I might tune in closer to tomorrow night to see who wins. I won't be able to sleep knowing Trump slides in. God, vote people.

Massachusetts charter school teacher representing! Interestingly, my coworkers are split on question 2. Part of me feels our public school system needs to be improved before we look towards other charters, even though money enters the public school system for every child that enrolls in a charter. I'm split!

Massachusetts definitely is not going to go red despite all the east Boston Trump supporters though, that's for sure. :)

I wish people across this country could see how many people worldwide are terrified of a Trump candidacy.

What's even more depressing is knowledge of this might make his supporters happy, tbh.

I voted no on charters. I just can't gey past how much the yes campaign is lying instead of just showing the success of charters in the state. The influx of outside money makes me pause as well.

It's more about being able to point to Massachusetts so they can open up less regulated and more profitable schools in more desperate states.

I also have an issue with funding if charters, since it is pulling money out of the most disadvantaged schools, concentrating even more failure in poor preforming public schools.

It's a hard issue, because the well regulated charters in Mass do seem to be preforming very well. But, even with expansion not everyone can go to one, and the ballot unitive should be balanced with fixing public entities as well to protect those who aren't lucky enough to make the cut.

Mathematically it looks like Florida is blue but I see way too many Trump signs where I am in Florida and I just get nervous again.

I didn't see any Clinton signs at my early voting location (also in Florida), but I checked the early voting turnout for that location and Dems were up like 60% over Reps. My county is consistently blue though.
