You can equate what you said to the kind of things people say about hurricanes. Believe it or not people want hurricanes to hit their current place of living to see the destruction caused or to get time off of work or school. How is that not a terrible thing?

Same for me but I'm a little optimistic since here in Independence, MO, there were a ton of young women and POC of all ages. We had to wait forever.

Oh yeah man you're totally right. It would be SO funny if Trump wins and, with a bit of luck, gay marriage gets overturned, Rageanomics comes back, police can stop and frisk black people, looser gun laws are implemented, and hopefully some kind of Jim Crow laws for those damn Muslims. Would truly be the best fireworks. What the fuck is wrong with people for not wanting that to happen?

No joke mate, I told my girl last night that if I had the cash on hand I would have gone out last night or gone out after work today and picked up a gun.
This election has taught me far too much about the reality of the people around me and the country that we are in.
 
so is Votecastr a bust? or am I not looking in the right place? From what I can tell on Slate's website, it's still showing the same data based off of early voting with no update since I checked at 10:30 AM ET or so.
 
I live near Roanoke, VA, and just went to vote at 1:00...

Literally NO LINE. Seriously, I was only the 1,000th voter out of 20,000 it seems.

I wonder if that's good or bad for Hillary.
