You're confused. Here's context: Pubs(Trump in particular) make fun of Hillary for wearing pantsuits a ridiculous amount of the time, to the point that Hillary makes jokes about wearing pantsuits.

Just reading NYT article. It says a minority person is 6 times more likely to have to wait over an hour to vote - nationwide - than a white person. That's infuriating. How the fuck is that not the case, at least in blue states and cities?
