Results will start around 7pm EST, but the states that matter are more likely to be called 9-11pm EST.

Shortly after 8:00 est should be voting place closing on the east coast. If Hillary holds the blue wall and wins New Hampshire and no other battleground state, she wins, period. So we'll know the result then.

Trumps been comfortably leading OH for months now, aside from a minor blip after pussygate IIRC. It's not really that important if a battleground state in this election. Also Ohio deserves the Indians and Browns for voting Trump.

Ohio was always a must-win for Trump, not so much for Clinton.

If Hillary manages to take Ohio, I think we are looking at a tidal wave for Dems down ballot. But I don't think that's likely to happen.
I remember finding out about the same with Ferguson. Everyone was saying how the Police Commissioner was elected on 10% or so of the Black vote - no one seemed to care the same individual was elected on 20% of the white vote - which to me suggests they should instead be selected by another elected official of a higher vote share.
Not too surprising with the Presidency considering the electoral system ignores, what, 80-90% of states from really having an influence except in the primaries?

Racists and other asshats aside, Trump typically panders to the low-income blue collar workers. "I'll bring back coal!" And "I'll bring back manufacturing!" Those are both calls that make people in rural areas where those jobs have dwindled very hopeful. That's why OH is leaning R this year. They don't take Clinton as seriously because of years of shitty smear campaigns against her, plus she wants to phase out coal for more renewable forms of energy, which to these people means "She's destroying our jobs."

Yes, Trump's path to victory is constrained, but several of these "leaning" Clinton states have her lead within the margin of error.
These are not very accurate as there are more registered democrats than republicans, but way more independents vote Republican than Democrat(basically people who "left" the party, but continue to vote along party lines)
