Brexit was a popular vote. The Presidential election is not. You can win the popular vote and lose the election in the US without any electoral members voting against their district's vote.

Popular vote projections have been a lot closer than the electoral college projections. You would need a whole bunch of state level Brexits for this to go Trump's way.
