The thing that's perhaps the most annoying about Trump doing as well as he's doing is that it won't change the GOP tactics. They're going to keep the House (which was assumed), they might retain the Senate, and Trump doing this well just suggests the GOP doesn't need to change. They can just keep obstructing the POTUS while they hold Congress.
