People kept telling me Trump can't win even when I pointed out that that's what they said before.
I'm just lucky I won't be affected by this. And no, climate change doesn't count. That you already fucked up before Trump.

German parliament and government have a really hard time figuring out what he actually wants. Whats going to happen with TTIP, Nato etc. There were statements from both institutions the last days that it was impossible to get in contact with him/his officials. I am just affraid he simply does not have an idea and will govern like a bullish child governs the playground. That would be a disaster in this climate.
All in all it shows again that we are in a time of demagogues. I fear the election in Germany next year and I'ld urge Merkel to reach out to those who feel left behind.
