His insecurity is a very small consolation, but I'll take it. He's going to feel threatened and angry and afraid every single day from here on out. I can empathize. But I would not spare him from a single one of his terrors. My sympathies and help are better spent on the people that he's harmed and will undoubtedly harm further.

Maybe I'm dead inside but I'm a little confused what people expected. Scared? By a tweet? It's more sad.

The future president of the US (gag, it hurts to type that) is calling protests against him a conspiracy. At the very least this will rile up his supporters even more into doing some awful things.

I still can't comprehend how this type of person has been allowed even within reaching distance of the presidency, let alone allowed to rule a nation.

Post-facts world. People don't believe anything at all, and they vote based on "faith," not religious faith, but faith that their party is right and there's nothing that changes that.

Basically, that quote "America, may she always be right, but America right or wrong" except the GOP base has replaced "America" with "Republicans." They literally don't care about anything. Trump won like 80% of Christians. GOP women voted for him, and they wouldn't want to be in the same room with him alone for fear of getting groped. If your child spoke like Trump, you'd spank them, but since he had an R next to his name, he's got to get your vote.

Republicans fall in line. Always.

Already back to his old tricks.

Christ. The next four years are just gonna be an extension of the last two, except now we can't feel better about it by assuming he'll never be president.

He's our next President. Read between the lines. It's kind of chilling .

Any President that is against the simple act of a peaceful protest may as well be against the 1st Ammendment.

That is the scary part. What happens when a news channels says something bad about him? What if a Late nigh talk show makes a joke? What will he do?

Yeah I don't see any way this ends in anything but calamity for him at this point

Pivoting around at the speed of sound~

My god this man is a national and international embarrassment.

this thought makes me both happy and very very very fucking scared especially how he'll react to further criticism.

If he continues to treat the media like he is, it's going to get even more ugly.

This is exactly who he is, who he always was, and who he will be as president: a hotheaded infantile blowhard. Anyone who thought he was going to button up once things got tough was fooling themselves.

God damn. That was well said. I haven't processed this election enough to agree 100% but well said.

After the Wikileaks revelation I actually lean towards believing Trump. It's easy to imagine the Clinton campaign and the White House organizing this as revenge.

Robert Creamer got fired because of this same exact shit, this is likely the hand of the DNC trying to manipulate us all once again. What an incredible year 2016 has been, I think the next years will be even more interesting. We're getting an unprecedented view into how the corporate elites think.

The John Podesta emails reviewed all kinds of astonishing conversations. These people do not give a shit about poverty or the middle class. John Podesta should be ashamed of himself for running such a disgraceful campaign.

Exquisitely said. I pray his ego wrings him dry.

I really wonder what the reaction will be when the working class' taxes go up and those manufacturing jobs don't magically come back (and GM just laid off like 2000 employees in Ohio).

But hey, he just tells it like it is.

I think you mean the (((((globalists))))), my friend.

I hope Jewish people can do okay these next four years.

They thought that they had survived and people forgot about hating them and now it's all back.

It's terrifying that kids are actually taught about the Holocaust and can still grow into Antisemitic assholes. With other forms of bigotry, we try to hide how it affected the minority group affected. The U.S. education system has been clear about how bad Antisemitism is... And yet we're back here.

It's sad.

Julian, have any thoughts about the (((globalists)))?

It terrifies me that someone who gets provoked so easily is about to be in charge of the nuclear codes.

People are telling us we should "listen to the other side" and the next president is saying that this display of the Freedom of Assembly is unfair.

Fuck it. Keep protesting. Don't stop. Keep this shit going on until this man and his ilk are out of office.

He dropped the polls being rigged real quick now that he won.

Is it possible that the polls were rigged? They seemed to benefit Hilary even though they were all wrong. Like, I'm not siding with the guy but if you take a step back and think, "if all the polls showed Hilary in the lead but lost in a landslide... were the polls skewed to favor her in some way?" Or are polls just crappy or is it troll science?

That's fucking ridiculous. People are just pissed off and disgusted that this idiot got in because we fucked up getting out the vote and they know the horrors coming to common decency, fairness and intellect.

Why? Everything I said is true. Wikileaks don't lie. Maybe Russia leaked that shit, personally I think it was the FBI going rogue. Whatever. Those emails revealed that Hillary doesn't give a shit about anyone but herself.

She said Benghazi was a video but she emailed Chelsea Clinton and said it was Al Qaeda. Public and a private position.

She said she wants to defend natural gas and fracking, she even said that environmentalists should get a life if they're worried about expanding the fossil fuel industry.

Her campaign aids remarked that she said some nasty stuff about Catholic people too.

What a disaster. My eyes rolled out of my head too, comrade.

The anger isn't manufactured, friend. Of that I can assure you.
