God i wish we could get Brock vs Joe because on the active roster between RAW/SD/NXT Joe is one of like 2 people who makes me believe that he poses a real threat to someones health and would love to just see him and Brock get into a ring and just beat the hell out of each other. He is what Ambrose tries to be on a daily basis.

The long term story they're telling with Asuka - the over confident (soon to be heel) champion who gets beaten by some upstart - is a good one. Problem is what do they do after that? Whoever Asuka drops the title to (Ember Moon most likely) is gonna seem near invincible by proxy.

Outside of a few guys that people feel are strong or tough enough nobody will believe them beating him/her.

I liked it and the Dallas match but they're only good when I thought they might be great. I dunno I feel like Bayley, is just a wrestler that doesn't clash well with her.

Part of the issue was the way it was booked. Bayley was still inexperienced and had not fought anyone with Asuka's talent, background, reputation. Charlotte and Sasha are Bayley's contemporaries, Asuka is another level better and thats how the match went, she was overwhelmed.
I think the second match was more of a payoff for Bayley's character at the time. The lack of selling was the whole NJPW fighting spirit thing, and thats sometimes a tricky thing, but it worked here because she was overwhelmed in the first match and she still lost in this one, so it didn't become ridiculous.

Of course all of that was squandered in Bayley's call up.
