US PSN Holiday Sale Week 3 (12/20/2016 - 12/26/2016)

Bought Bloodborne just to try it out. Usually the demon souls type games I'm not really into, but at 8 bucks I'll give it a go to see if it clicks.

Arguably game of the generation so far. You'll love it.

It was my first Souls game, and I never looked back. Do you like Castlevania and wish it would have a really amazing 3D adaptation?

Wow, someone who sees the game as I do!

It really feels likes a proper 3D evolution of the Castlevania franchise. It's all I could think about when I was first starting the game. "This is fucking 3D Castlevania, but really good!"

It's definitely worth $8 to see if you might like it. A very, very low-stakes gamble with an extremely valuable payout.

same here. I have Reborn collectors edition but stopped playing at 27.. not sure if the collecrors comes with the expansion.. i know its 12.99 a month for one toon per world.
 
Been playing Oxenfree for the past few days. Amazing game so far.

If it keeps being this good, it'll make my top ten of the year.
 
Was Falllout 4 on sale in this yet? My friend just got a PS4 and was so happy when I told him it was 67% off... but that was on Steam. oops.
 
So regarding Riptide GP Renegade - is it true that the campaign is sort of, uh, unfairly tilted? I remember the timing in a lot of LPs I've seen makes it seems pretty rough.

I really, really like Riptide GP2, but if I can get away with just playing that one, I'll stick with it.

It was on the first week...but then again, Overwatch/COD/whatever has seemingly been on sale for all 3 weeks now lol

-Helldivers Super-Earth Ultimate Edition
-Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection

-Resogun
-The Last Guardian

I ended buying Prototype 1 Remaster, enjoyed it back on the PS3 but never finished it. Also grabbed Marvel Ultimate Alliance bundle, its 2 lengthy 3d beat-em ups which is exactly what I need in my life right now.
 
Went ahead and grabbed star wars bounty hunter and racer revenge. I never played either one back in the day. I loved the pod racer game on the n64 and I've heard bounty hunter is good. I figure for 7 bucks for the both of them why not.

Racer Revenge still holds out pretty well. Bounty Hunter not as much, but still is a fun game. I feel like Starfighter might be the most aged of the three, though honestly I wasn't as big of a fan of it back in the day. But they all run great on PS4, and for that price it's pretty cool!

As a heads up, though, if you're in the US you can get it for $6.99 at Gamedealdaily (it's showing as $8.74 on discount here in Canada on PSN, not sure if it's cheaper where you are). That's where I bought it from last year, and that's a good price, too!

They're Third Person Shooters, not character action games.

But the presentation is also good and is more based on comics I think than any cartoon.

They're also quite enjoyable just different from Platinum's TF.

I'm pretty sure God of War 3 was in the week 2 sale.
 
For the love of all gaming gods, buy Bloodborne if you still haven't. At this price point, it's a bargain.

I might check up on Adventure Time. Has anyone played it?
