Yeah, 50s are great. If the temp was in the 50-70 range year round, I'd be happy. I just don't like heat.

I always hated winter, I'm more of a spring/fall guy. Summer is ok except when it gets to 90+ degrees, then it's absurd.

Anyone have a new years resolution to get a better body? Been lifting on and off for a couple years now but after I finally gained some weight I stopped focusing on the diet.

Tryna gain 20-30 more lbs by the end of the year but really wanna gain 10 lbs by March so my last Spring Break I'll be looking mad decent

Its not exactly a new years resoluton but I been going to the gym pretty hard for the last 5 months. Put on quite a bit of muscle so far. Guna keep trying to put on some weight until around March and then go nuts on the cardio for 12 weeks before summer. Should be beach body ready by then.
