Sometimes people guess late 20s for me. I usually get close to my age but a few people have guessed in my 40's. The white hairs in the beard add a few years methinks.
Ive had 4 cups of coffee today. I probably should cut that down and Im sure a 5th will come tonight.
I need more coffee. Damn mondays.

Yeah, I got a lot of gray hairs if I let my hair grow out, but keeping my goatee and haircut short you can barely see it, and worse case I just get my barber to dye it, which I really only do on special occasions.

I was thinking of getting some Just For Men or something for the beard but girls seem to like the salt and pepper look. I guess I'll just rock it. By the time I'm 40 I will be bald and have a fully white beard. Probably guna look like a psycho.

I'll do it again, definitely. The girl I have something going on right now with made a comment that she doesn't like beards that much so I shaved it off. Well, today she said she prefers me with facial hair and the beard comment referred to Asian guys (she's Japanese).

I don't think so. Well, I assume I'm not that much into darker skin types among Asian people, women and men alike, I prefer the fairer skin type. Funny enough I find Latinas/Latinos veeery sexy.

It's hard to say, but more importantly, you want to make sure the weight you're gaining is good weight (muscle) and not fat. The way weight can be distributed around people's body can differ. For instance, I'm 6'1, 220 lbs (and I could due to lose 10 lbs) but I've met other guys approximately the same height and weight, who are straight up fat.
I would say at least get to 160 and decide where you want to go from there.

Seek therapy only cause there is a good chance you find some happiness working through your issues. I believe a lot of us have traits that can be alarming when we self diagnose. It's best not play Doctor because there are many other factors that determine certain diseases only a professional can diagnose. Don't freak out but yes please seek therapy. I speak from experience.
