It's actually a new Hawkeye with just Kate so you wouldn't have been reading it yet. So far so good with that one but it's super early in
Wasp has a good message but it's borderline a psa. Nadia seems cool but the dialogue and general writing could use some work. Seems like it happens from time to time for series that I've read

I was just needed a change I had it like that for 5 years. That was a long time ago. I have tried to grow it back like three times but never make it past 6 months before I get fed up and cut it all off again.

I get you. Long hair is a lot of work. :/

I wish life was like Style Savvy where I could just press a button and instantly have different hairstyles with various hair lengths and textures.

for my hair to get that long it would take me over a year. Most of that year it would be in a horribly awkward state and since my hair has receded and thinned out a bit on top I'm not even sure it would still look the same. So yeah it's a commitment I've always struggled with but if I could just wake up with it one day I would do it.

I do! It's a shitty cellphone pic and I only managed to take it after the cake was somewhat demolished by the judges.

It's a 4 layer chocolate cake with alternating layers of vanilla bean and mocha Italian pastry creams and a chocolate cream cheese frosting, topped off with chocolate curls. It took the better part of a day to make, but it was fun (and now I have cake to eat for lunch for the next few days, which isn't great for my diet but it is delicious).

I've got a Bachelor's in Media and Communications. I figured it was broad enough to apply to a number of industries and job types (and I was right), but most jobs I'm looking at require an ungodly amount of experience for an "entry level" job. I've considered doing more internships to build the experience, but I can't really afford to work for free right now.

Btw, I love your new pic! So purdy <3

Yup! She's back in LA and it's just following her as far as I can tell. Not that me and my purple aviators are complaining :P

Yeah just issue one so far. Gonna definitely follow it for at least a few more

"Entry level" jobs are ridiculous. I got extremely lucky with this one because almost everything else requires a Master's or Ph.D. Are there any side projects you can work on to gain that experience slowly while working elsewhere?

Oh, and thank you. :3 It's from my make up test for my Scarlet Witch cosplay. I didn't get good pictures of the actual day so I decided to go with this one. :P

I really want to cosplay as Kate. I also have a friend who looks like a better-looking version of Jeremy Renner who has agreed to go as Clint but he lives back in Florida so it's tough.

I'm thinking about just getting a basic administrative position, and taking some classes to work myself into HR.

I originally got the degree hoping to do acquisitions or copy editing, but those jobs are not only rare, but also overly stressful and time consuming as my last internship taught me.

Also, yay scarlet witch! We need to cosplay together sometime! (Although I have no Marvel costumes as of yet, only DC).

It sounds like you have a good plan then! Was your last internship in copy editing or acquisitions? Or both? :O (Never thought about the two as related.)

And yes, we do! I have two DC costumes actually, but one of them I have to completely remake the mask, wings, and mace. (Hawkgirl.)

Oh geez I forgot you wouldn't have heard. I moved to Pittsburgh and have been super busy socially and with all the moving and holidays and junk so weight loss has had zero momentum. Came out to a friend that lives down the road from me now and things are moving in very nice directions.

I haven't been doing a ton actually in the city but it's really nice to be walking distance from a friend and the independence is amazing. And it's nice to not be near negative influences

That last one is so important. Moving out of my parents' home helped so much with my depression and self esteem and just general well being. I hope it helps you similarly!
