There's no the 100 at all in UK Netflix. Boo. I liked the first 2 seasons and was looking to catch up.
Watched Superior Donuts yesterday before the new episode tonight. I'm probably only going to give it a few episodes to pick up somehow cause I'm not really loving it.
The concept seems similar to an indie movie I really enjoyed last year, Dough. If you like the premise, you may like that film.
I might check it out. I have no issue with the premise at all. Just that the writing and jokes aren't really hooking me so far.
What a terribly memey name. I hope they change it. lolWe talked about TV podcasts a little bit back, and Alan Sepinwall had mentioned he was doing a new one. Well, apparently it started last week? And now there's an episode two. Here's the link to the first one!

(Rip Feinberg. Maybe he's too busy being TCA president or something.)
Is the new season of 24 streaming on anything? They don't show it in Australia until Sunday night.
So much TV that I'm being buried! They already renamed it into The TV Avalanche Podcast, haha.
The premiere of 24: Legacy, which got started around 11 pm (and earned an average grade of "B" from TVLine readers), pulled a modest 17.6 million total viewers, with a 6.1 rating in the key 18-49 demo. That audience puts it just slightly above Alias (17.4 million in 2003) for the least-watched entertainment program ever to follow the big game. But Fox spun it as the most-watched series premiere on broadcast TV since 2 Broke Girls nabbed 28.7 million viewers in 2011.
24: Legacy numbers are out.
Per TVLine:

Is it really a "Series" premiere since it continues on in the 24 world...
Anyhow bets on 24 Legacy and APB?
The problem is that it's so choreographed that it's almost infuriating to watch. I kind of hope they subvert expectations and it's not just mole after mole and quadruple crosses with random people being shot.24 will be fine. And more importantly, it's pretty damn good.

lolMole after mole (that's 2 moles).
Quadruple crosses (quadruple = 4).
24
You solved how they write the season.
Timeless is dead, isn't it?
RIP Timeless. Coming on at 10PM with an absolute garbage lead-in probably doesn't help.
There were rumors of Once Upon A Time losing major cast members, getting canceled, etc.
Lethal Weapon is great fun.Damn, Training Day was so bad, still debating whether I should drop it or start watching Lethal Weapon.
Lethal Weapon is great fun.
I think it still has a shot, maybe not a huge one but initial broadcast ratings are mattering less than they did. I think it's possible depending how cheap it is to make and what kind of pilot slate they have that they'll see a place for it.

Yes. But that fails to take into account that shows that fail live are usually also shows that fail on DVR.
TVBTN said:The show has put up decent, but not great, ratings on Monday nights coming out of The Voice, averaging a 1.4 rating in adults 18-49 and about 6.1 million viewers through its first five episodes. With a week of DVR and on-demand viewing, the first three episodes average a 2.8 and 11.2 million viewers.
I wonder what Jane's ratings will be like for next episode. Are people going to bail, or are more going to tune in?
The problem is that it started at the number that other post voice shows got when they lost the voice as a lead. This one already started that low.
I was surprised that they announced just Veep today. I assumed it would be paired with Silicon Valley like usual, but I guess not?Interesting that HBO is pulling Veep out of Game of Thrones' orbit. They're now pairing it with the final season of The Leftovers, though latter is at 9 and the former is at 10:30, so I'm curious to see what they air in the 10 slot. Silicon Valley? Vice Principals?

2nd.Was that the second episode or a repeat of the first episode for 24?
