As a Jewish person myself, and not a fan of Mr. Pew, I was not offended at all from the video.
It was satire mixed with dark humor, edited out of context to create a narrative. Now I have not read the entire thread, so maybe there is much more to it that I missed. Maybe outside of jokes he has said horrible things I am unfimiliar with.
But nothing at least in the op's video was in the least bit offensive to me, and I certainly do not need throngs of internet saviours to come out and defend me or the Jewish people as a whole from silly jokes by a YouTuber.
I do agree with the logic of certain advertisers severing ties with the guy. If he is a bit edgy or controversial for them, that is their prerogative.

There are no jokes, no parody nor satire. He had a foolish attempt at humour, with out much foresight. Of course he's not a nazi, but that doesn't allow him to get away with adding to the normalization of this type of humour, which should be unacceptable. Especially given the rise of white nationalists in the western world.
Are you sure it wasn't how you criticized them, your language and context that got you banned, rather than just being critical of a YouTuber?

Referring to people as SJW has really just become synonymous with the F word these days. It will never be a bad thing to stand up for the equity of others or against hatred and bigotry no matter how many people want to deem it so. Though, this is a conversation for another thread.

The crux of his post was that we should all chill out with the hyperbole and normalize his behavior as just a bad joke and get over it, a narrative that frankly I'm really getting tired of hearing.
We know he's not a Nazi. It still doesn't excuse his behavior. Nor does being Swedish excuse his behavior. The whole world knows what's going on in the US right now.

However, someone with that many subs needs a bit of social responsibility. "Death to all Jews" may have context and it may have been used as a joke, impressionable youth may not get that. Food for thought.
