I don't think the Logan Act has ever actually been enforced, so without precedent it becomes harder to push for the appropriate punishment. Hopefully this does set that precedent because it is a clear violation of the law.

That was the same response when he was single handedly beating the Russia, Flynn, Manafort connections.
Same thing about the dossier. It's all nutty! Slowly but surely, every bit is being confirmed.
He went after Flynn as his primary target, now Flynn is gone from the top natsec job because of SIGNT, just like he predicted.

To be fair, the last time he went on a crazy rant, it turned out to be a pretty big deal, if the current national news stories are any indication. He knew about this Flynn thing over a month ago, and knew it would come to this.
Not sure how you can call him out for saying outrageous things, if they turn out to be true, and a pretty big deal. (I don't follow him, btw, nor am I defending overuse of hyperbole, but dude was bang on)

In all of American history no one has ever been convicted under that rule.
Logan act is a smokescreen. Flynn is under counter intelligence investigation. Probably the whole admin. The IC is not going to make this a Logan act thing.

That is interesting because his obsession with any mention of himself, he's insatiable need for validation is something I have never witnessed at this level in another human being in my life or any other public personality either. I would have never considered that he's mentally healthy.
Specifically he was on point that those calls were all recorded. And that this would lead to his downfall.

Something that seems to be getting buried is Russia blatantly testing the line with their missile test and ship right off the coast of Delaware. Our military doesn't know how to respond because no one's at the helm of Titanic America. Scares the shit out of me.
A part of me is happy, because it's far easier to catch people trying to cover up their crimes than it is proof of the original crime.
