Fnac.com is holding up orders that arrived today in their stores for pick-up. People that code the email code went to stores and employees told them to come tomorrow, even though the mail said "you can come today". They got the game but not the console. Others didn't scan the packages so you don't come at all and probably will scan them tomorrow. Other people did get the console and game...

Mine hasn't been scanned yet.

Such bullshit. God damn Fnac. Like any other retailer minds breaking the date by a single day at worst.

Before Pokémon ORAS they were OK but since then (the game being available 10 days before the release or so) they are following orders (well as I said not everyone does it).

I'm not complaining though, I had the console for 270 euros and Zelda for 45 (but I really wanted to try it tonight, I have a busy day tomorrow!)
 
Just talked with customer support again and again got confirmed that it'll cost the 178,50€ price mistake. The price should update on release because it might drop lower (lol). I'm waiting and expect nothing.
 
The Switch is available for like 450 on amazon.de O.O

Caved in looked around on dutch webshops and found one + Zelda for € 360. (Mediamarkt.be)
Should be delivered tomorrow

No update since 7pm yesterday. Doesn't look like it's even underway yet. Why did I pre-order at Saturn? This overpriced bullshit store has never not disappointed me.

edit: Delivery Fr 9.00-11.30. Okay, so there's just one morning of constant F5'ing between me and my Abholschein.

If this really happens (which I doubt) how does this usually work? Amazon already charged my credit card.

You get an email that says something like "price since your pre order changed and we refunded the difference to your payment method"

So you would get the money you paid too much refunded to your credit card
 
Couldn't pick it up after work cause the local Saturn got the info that they can't sell it today at all due to "Vertragsstrafen...

Tomorrow it is then :-)

So is this also the case when it already says "in transit" and you have the tracking no. but no DHL tracking info available yet?

Fuck my life ... mine was sent out yesterday (Amazon Prime) and I just noticed that it was sent out with Hermes ... there's now a high chance that my French preorder (that is supposed to arrive next Wednesday) will come earlier
