But then after doing the run in to make the save for Sami we will get this for the billionth time

Oh yeah...thought this was last week.

Anyways, here's my thoughts:

Cruiserweight tag team: Zzzz....
Banks vs Jax: Pretty much a throwaway match, sadly.
The Club vs Realest Guys: Oh. This was a match? Eh.
Neville vs Gallagher: This might be good if they have some time for it.
Zayn vs Joe: See above comment. Though I expect this match to be better. I think Joe's gonna win it.
Bayley vs Charlotte: Hmm...hard to say on this one. Charlotte's prolly gonna win to keep that PPV Win Streak alive.
Reigns vs Strowman: I'mma go out on a limb and say this could be a pretty surprisingly decent/good match. Unfortunately, I can't see them letting BRAUN win, so either Roman goes over or fuckery goes down.
Goldberg vs Owens: All I expect is fuckery to the MAX. Worst-case scenario is that Goldberg wins the Title.

That's like.. the only scenario lol.

They already have a soft championship match where buyrate is concerned with Bray/Orton, Jericho/Owens in the other championship match is not gonna cut it.

You know this is going to be booked horribly despite the two being capable of putting on a good match together.
(Insert "make Roman look strong" reference here)

I think their championships aren't going to affect their buyrate as much when Lesnar/Goldberg is already going to trick people into watching a six hour show regardless of whether a belt is on the line.

Brock interfering first taking out Goldberg, Jericho taking out Owens all during a ref bump

Lights go out, Taker buries all of them, ref wakes up

The Festival of Friendship was the best segment of Raw I've seen since I started watching wrestling again. And I would put it up there with some of the best WWE segments of all time.

All of that for Goldberg to squash Owens lmao. I saw Rock vs CM Punk at the Rumble a few years ago, you're not getting me to lower my guard.

The second Goldberg mentioned the title you knew he was getting that shit, lol

Then Sting comes down from the rafters and takes out Taker. Swerve Wrestlemania Main Event is fatal four way between Bork, Daddy Gasberg, Old Man Mark and Sting's smeared makeup.

why would Brock not want Goldberg to have the title since they are facing next tho.

Can't wait to see Goldberg as champion and Reigns standing strong over top of Braun. Then we can't forget Charlotte winning for the 50th time on a PPV and becoming 100th time women's champion. It's gonna be the greatest PPV ever. /sarcasm

33 Wrestlemania's and they've favored a non-title match as the billed main event once ever, and that took a year long build for The Rock's return, in his home state.

They're gonna want Lesnar/Goldberg to be the title match, not Owens/Jericho. I imagine they also have title feud plans for Summerslam for Lesnar.

Those plans most likely equate to feeding Roman and making him look strong. He'll be an unstoppable monster after retiring the Undertaker at Wrestlemania.

About to go watch Logan in a bit so I'll probably miss half of the show.

I love my boy Roman Reigns, but storyline wise I hope he loses to Strowman (via interference from the Undertaker).

What other scenario could possibly transpire? None that I can fathom.

But they know Wresltmania is not about title but star matchs and "moments". Now i can understand they think having the title on the line with Goldberg could give more exposure maybe.

I still say, triple threat with Owens, everyone wins so much.

Can't wait to see what fuckery will go down to keep the title on Owens. No way they're gonna waste the title on Bork/Berg. That match already sells itself.
They will... There's no other reason to put Goldberg in this match. Turns Bork/Berg into a real Wrestlemania main event and keeps Goldberg's momentum.

An Owens match early in the event against Jericho isn't gone turn heads with or without the title.

This is the WWE we're talking about. But yeah, it's blatantly obvious that's the way it's going to happen.

I doubt Roman hands the Undertaker another L at Wrestlemania, we still need Taker vs Cena.

Sami vs Joe will likely be match of the night.

I couldn't care less about anything else. Much as I dig Owens, I have zero faith in WWE making the right creative decision here given that it's Wrestlemania season.

The only JeriKO match that will realyl be super hot is if it's hardcore and end Jericho's career. Or it'll be tepid.

I don't even want to be in these threads anymore cause of people posting fucking odds.

Honestly Owens vs Jericho for the US title is probably for the best. The title has been dead in the water ever seen Roman won it and Owens was a pretty great IC champion. A lengthy US run for Owens would do wonders for the prestige depending on who he feuds with.

Book it Maggle!

why would Brock not want Goldberg to have the title since they are facing next tho.

WWE writing yo, makes no sense.
Brock can take the belt off of anyone anytime, he does not want Goldberg to have the "glory" of having the title.
He will cost him the title, then his career.

(Plus like someone said earlier, the title could get better heat in another match. Do not put the title on a part timer)
Hell I am sure Trips is trying to find a way to end up with it on his waist at Mania

why is Strowman's face so small

Leave Braun Tarley alone

Why would Brock care about the title?

Brock's entire thing is "Brock Lesnar is a beast. Brock Lesnar does what he wants. Brock Lesnar wants to hurt people."

Goldberg has his chance to win a world title and Brock can go down and rob him of it because Brock Lesnar does not need the title

(doesn't mean Goldberg isn't winning but it's very easy to write around with his booking)

Goldberg has no reason to care about Brock at Mania other than "he challenged me. whatever I've owned him 3 times now including the Rumble". Brock costing him just to ruin his life gives real motivation for Goldberg

Regardless of what happens, Vince still sends the message Goldberg was not good enough to win the WWE Championship.

Predictions

Rich Swann and Akira Tozawa vs. The Brian Kendrick and Noam Dar- They're trying to establish Tozawa as one of the big guys for the CW's so giving him the win over these two seems likely.

Sasha Banks vs. Nia Jax- I don't think it'll be as bad of a squash as the Royal Rumble match was. I can see Bayley running down to try and help Sasha but accidentally ends up costing her the match.

Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass- Wrestlemania is the crowning for these two so Gallows & Anderson take the win tonight.

Neville vs. Jack Gallagher- Straight forward enough. Given what the Wrestlemania spoilers are saying
I can see Aries rushing from the commentary table to maybe attack Neville to start their feud.

Sami Zayn vs. Samoa Joe- Joe wins, Sami looks strong enough for the Underdog from the Underground to be said a few times. Extraprediction is Joe beats up Sami after the match only for DA DEMON KING to run in and make the save.

Bayley vs. Charlotte- I think while Charlotte will win, there's going to be some fuckery. Either a DQ win where Charlotte wins but Bayley retains or Sasha either intentionally or accidentally costs Bayley the match.

Roman Reigns vs. Braun Strowman- If this can just be five minutes of them stiffing each other, I'll call it a good night. Looking forward to people solely blaming Roman if this match ends up bad. The match goes seven minutes, ref is knocked out, lights go out, gong is heard, lights come back, Taker appears, tombstones Roman, Strowman pins.

Kevin Owens vs. Goldberg- This is gonna be some good fuckery over here. Goldberg gets the win.

So Neville and Joe winning have to be at 99% odds right? I'm also eager for the fuckery that happens in the Stroman/Reigns match and the Owens/Goldberg match.

If you are looking forward to fuckery, then this should be a decent PPV. On a technical level, most of these matches will be pure ass.
