So apparently Y sorts your inventory. Why was this not mentioned anywhere!? Highest to lowest and in reverse if you push it again.

Works for everything. Weapons, food, items.

The prompt is on the item screen. There's no need for the game to do more than that.

Even after what, 25 hours of play now, I still can't really dodge very well. Everytime I get a flurry rush it seems to be blind luck.

How is that even accidental spoilers LOL, it's shown in multiple trailers.

Nintendo fans are just weird about spoilers. They're probably worse than even souls fanboys in that regard. Just post whatever you want and if enough people cry about it change it after the fact. It's no use keeping up with insanity, so just play off of it instead.

I swear I made a dude cry around the time Mario Galaxy 2 came out because I said something about a level in the second set of worlds or something. Over a mario level. *shrug*

It says Sort in the lower right corner. It's not necessary.

I need help, I'm on the extreme north-west of the map and I can't find a shrine, there is another one near it it's called
Shrine Hya'myu
any idea ?

The story is really bumming me out, guys. :(

The story is basicaly "everyone you knew and love are dead or old as balls and just everything went to shit"

I was so bummed when they said all the champions straight up died except for link ofcourse, I was expecting them to be waking up from chambers in their own resurrection thing around the same time as link and have fun adventures with pals, but it turns out you already had those fun adventures and stuff in basically a past zelda game.

Now its alot more like metroid
prime 3, where your new friends are basically dead and are your enemy bosses now.

Yeah but the idea is that if you get more stamina you should be better at running. I think an easy fix would be for it to take the same amount of time for all of your stamina to recover regardless of how much you have.

Either that or take Link out of the out-of-breath state after the main wheel recovers. Obviously there should be a penalty for completely depleting stamina, but it's super weird that it gets worse as you expand the meter.

These 12 memories we're supposed to find scattered around the map, do you have to find them to finish the game? I don't know if I can be bothered.

If you're referring to me I don't know what I can post without tagging here. Of course I knew that was in the game lol, I just really wanted to know the second part of my post which I'm glad I got confirmed.

Ok thank God. Luckily these special weapons even if they require super rare materials to forge again there's a motherfucker who is like 'bring me 10 of these not as rare Mats and I'll give you the rare one'

At least the development team must have acknowledged how shitty of a reward it is go get these weapons only for it to be near impossible to use again once broken.

I think that once I get the MS I might just use these as backup. That'd be a nice dynamic.

The painter guy, if you helped him find the great fairy, will be at every stable(and just wondering around goron city) you visit and he tells you directions of where they're roughly at, follow those directions and it is actually really easy, especially since finding out that its usually not far from the stable he is in.

Weren't there multiple endings to the game? I would hope that if you do every memory and do all of the dungeons that you get the best ending.

Also can anyone explain how the fuck do i reach some of these (creature)
dragons
and what I'm supposed to do with them lol

I know there is a dragon that appears over like hylia after a blood moon, I know this because I just completed a shrine in lake hylia and the blood moon happen, than a japanese style greenish yellow dragon just came up out of the water right after, i was freaking the fuck out, and it kinda looked like it was shooting electricity at me? but none of them reached, and after i took a picture of it, the description said its actually a nice dragon that doesnt hurt humans so after the spectacle I just went away.

There's also a dragon that be's on the snowpeak mountains(not the one from the plateau, but the bigger one) and he kinda just hovers above that area and the mountainous area that sorta leads to eldin

Completed my first real dungeon tonight. Pretty interesting. Went into the boss with little cooked food, so I had to start eating raw materials lol

You don't "have" to do anything to finish the game. Nintendo said you can run straight to the final boss from the get-go. Bu like other optional things in this game, finding the memories will get you more story. I'd advise you don't explore new areas looking for the memories and instead have it as a secondary goal. It shouldn't be too hard to find the memories if you keep in mind what the pictures are and be on the lookout for them as you do other quests.

This Shieka sensor is driving me crazy. I've spent like, 30min trying to find sunshrooms and haven't even found one. The guy wants 3 of them. I don't get how the sensor can go crazy but then I keep moving in that direction and it gets worse (the signal). I really am not understand it at all.

Are you in the forest? You don't even need the sensor. They're everywhere there.

This is honestly one of the most charming games I've ever played. Amazing how Nintendo can make almost every NPC so enjoyable to talk to even without voice acting.

The Zora's are adorable.

main thing is that link doesn't have i-frames - you have to time it so he's out of the way of the swing. thankfully most enemies telegraph attacks like crazy.

I really don't like it at all, frankly the sensor straight up sucks

Question about a particular horse
Epona
: What happens if you don't register her? Can you scan the amiibo on a daily basis until you can?

Lol, the Journal of Various Worries in Kakariko Village.

"That new guy in town looks like he really knows how to tune a bow. I hope he comes by and nocks an arrow for me. It's been WAAAY too long.

Yeah they should have left it ambiguous like in OoT. Even though the world is so expansive, I feel empty inside. Those memories aren't making me feel better either. :(

Go to the woods he talks about. If you haven't done the nearby tower, walk straight out the door of the lab and down the hill towards the wooded area and they should be growing out from one of the trees.

If it's the quest at the research lab, down the hill is a guy that asks you to hunt as many deer as you can in a minute. Accepting that puts you in a forest with those shrooms in.

But thats how it should work. Keep in mind that it is not a proximity sensor, it measures your direction: As you get closer your signal will get weaker and you simply have to slightly correct to the right or left (whichever makes the signal stronger).

So, I found the
Trident in Zora's Domain, and I found the pedestal I need to interact with
what do I need to do next to finish this shrine quest?

I've run into 4-5 shrines I don't really understand or can't really be bothered to finish right now.
The water ones in particular, shit.

I'm also missing 5 towers, but at least I've identified where they all are.

Also,
The Test of Wood can go to Hell

Anything else on Tingel Island (or that whole set of islands) besides
the shrine hidden under that slab? Was Kinda disappointed that the man himself wasn't there.

Put about 35 hours into the game since Friday morning. Can't believe how huge the world is. There are things mentioned in this thread that I had no idea about. I have a feeling I'm still going to be learning new things about the game many months from now.

I am enjoying this game so much on Wii U, thanks to amazon not shipping my Switch.

but I regret I will start over and lose all my progress when I finally get my Switch.

I also love the lack of hand holding in this game.

Making a campfire by dropping wood and flint on the ground then hitting the flint with a metal weapon was pretty damn cool.
