The only motion control puzzle I found difficult was the one where you need to
catch three balls at the same time
. Even that one wasn't too bad since I had actually done one of those in RL and the physics seemed spot-on.

Quick question. I'm still pretty early and while wandering around at night I happened upon
this enormous dragon serpent thing just kind of flying around a lake. Managed to snap a pic and apparently it is called Farosh
, but I didn't want to approach it in case it was a secret boss or something.

Is it hostile or friendly and is this a rare encounter of sorts?

They are friendly. You are suppose to knock different pieces off them.

1. Golf (just holed on a 3!)
2. Horse race with jumps
3. Mystery chest.

Yep, there's a
snowboarding game
at
Hebra Peak
.

I have only found one of these minigames...
horse race

I also found
horse target practice (forget where... somewhere in the east kind of near the Great Plateau and gliding on Eventide island.

Generally, where are the ones I missed?

i posted this in the hard mode thread but wait how do i parry guardians they charge up their laser eyes and I use an arrow and it wastes all my arrows and it takes forever to kill them

:'(

It works with any shield. Target the guardian with ZL and when it's charging wait until he's about done then hit the A button.

May take a few tries getting the timing right. Better too late (lose shield) than too early (lose life). If you want to practice parrying projectiles, octoroks are a good fit.

It's friendly.

Absolutely loving the organic nature of this game. Not claiming it's perfect but have been playing it exclusively since release and that speaks volumes.

A man ponders how Rito fly because their biology should make it physically impossible for them to take off.

And he's right. It is physically impossible for them to take off.

Need a vague hint about a Zora side quest.

10 stone tablets one - I don't see a progress counter, do I simply read all 10?

Currently trying to snipe out the super powerful enemies on Halento Beach for a sidequest. Man, they are strong. I charged in and got killed so fast. So now I'm hiding and throwing bombs at them.... Lol I hope I can pull this off.

“According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way that a b̶e̶e̶ Rito should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The b̶e̶e̶ Rito, of course, flies anyways. Because b̶e̶e̶s̶ Ritos don't care what h̶u̶m̶a̶n̶s̶ Hylians think is impossible.”

I thought I loved this game but then I met the true iconic gay diva of Hyrule and now I REALLY love the game. Bolson is so funny, I love his dialog. Tingle who?

So, I just went up Lanayru Montain just to explore
and out of nowhere there's this big dragon and then I have to chase him and cure him and I have paraglide around the mountains and omg this is amazing. I don't even know if this is story related or just the shrine, but it was very cool.

I was gonna ask if anyone else noticed this but was worried it was in poor taste because the characteristics that make him seem gay are pretty heavy stereotypes.

Mandatory is modifying gyro, not puzzles.

As in, "I have to use gyro to solve the puzzle". Not "I have to solve the puzzle"

I see.

That seems like an annoyance on Wii U, since the Pro Controller doesn't contain gyro and you'd be forced to grab the Gamepad. But on Switch, no issues. Every controller has a gyroscope built in.

Sometimes while playing there's this noise that I hear in some places. I'm not sure if I can describe it, it sounds kind of sparkly or magical. Does anyone know what it means?

Also what's the deal with those huge flying
dragons
? I've seen two of them so far in the distance.

Thanks.

For that last phase where they just charge up, I use that time to just wail on them with my weapon. They usually end up dying before the finally shoot.
