Hahaha that's horrible. It rained for me there but luckily I wasn't climbing anything and I believe I made use of the cook pot that was around there to skip past the bad weather (and cook additional meals just in case).

That tower was definitely the second hardest for me to get up.

I basically brute forced my way up using up a bunch of meals and stamina elixers. Is there a "right" way to do it?
Only saw one eye and i dont know which corruption it got rid off
. I was spamming jump and run lol.

any others have any self imposed rule or anything? like for me I never hunt any animals for meat except boar, occasionally.
kind of different than what you were asking, but i almost always travel somewhere by horse/foot instead of fast travel. i do occasionally use fast travel but only in certain circumstances.

you can see and find so much hidden stuff by actually exploring the map properly, looking closer, taking a different route than last time etc. There's always something waiting to be found. I have over 100 Korok seeds and 40 shrines and I've only been to about a third of that map.

plus it just suits the game better by actually travelling. feels like you're on a real journey.

Oh for fuck's sake. I retrieve your precious Thunder Helm and you still throw me out! That's sexist!

They seem like that but actually they accept nearly any man (Voe) as a love partner they just want to be treated good/nice.

I guess their town is just female exclusive and the ones that got a Voe partner leave?

Also that love school with the dolls lol.

I hope someone can help me. Somehow I made my bow controls become first person and i have no idea how I did it or how to revert it back to third person. It's driving me crazy!

I also only found one eye, also did not know which corruption it got rid of. I tried looking around for the other eye but no dice. Unless it got rid of the portion of the tower I climbed up, I don't know. But if it didn't, what I discovered was there was one side of the tower you could glide to that was above some of the corruption which prohibited you from climbing from the base. It was like, in a mid-section, and you had to climb up on top of a broken arch that had some of it covered in corruption but not all of it. There was like one little sliver you could stand on and I used that to glide to the portion of the tower that was clear and then climb up.

Didn't have to go through any black goo on my way up the tower.

holy shit guys! its a lightning horse!

See me after class Risa.

Whelp, finished with 83 shrines, all the Divine beasts, and almost all of Hyrule Castle explored.

Probably my favorite 3D game of all time, if not any game of all time. All I want to do is keep playing and find everything else this world has to discover. I spent so little time doing anything other than exploring; I want to check out the mini-games, get the rest of the Shrines, do more things by foot to find Korok seeds, find the cabin, different horses, etc. So much more.

Thats exactly what I did! Maybe thats the "right" way? Lol

That was my experience too.
The little sliver of the arch was the best way to get to the tower above the corruption.
Clever little puzzle to make use of the climbing mechanics.

I wish the long distance bows didn't switch to first person view. Really throws me off. Having that peripheral view of Link is too valuable to give up. Usually I'm hitting distant enemies while in close proximity to others. It would be much better if the distance bows simply propelled arrows farther.

Also, like twenty hours in and I haven't seen any wild horses yet. Do they only spawn in certain locations? I've only ever got those weak donkey-looking Moblin rides.

Holy Shit, I think I just saw a Lynel
which kind of looked like a Zebra with a beard lol
Didn't fight it yet, because it was near a shrine, so I will quickly activate the teleport spot, get back to do some cooking and hopefully kill the beast!

There's a zebra one in (open world spoiler)
the Colosseum
and another in the (late game spoiler)
2nd Guard Gate

After 40+ hours with the game I JUST NOW came across the little island with the flower lady. She is hilarious if you provoke her.

Minding my own business then a lizard shows up out of nowhere. Take out and throw boomerang but it gets caught mid flight
full

That's excellent design lol.

I wish all the dungeons were as complex as the Camel

Reminds me of the one of the shrine where the game clearly wants you to put the ball in the pillar, hit the switch and launch it to hole in the middle of the water and hope that you avoid the obstacle.

I was like screw that I just used Cyronis to carry them across, much quicker and faster than what the game wanted me to do.

Oh man, does anybody else hate to end your gaming session with only 3 shrine orbs? Seems so satisfying to get another reward just before you turn of the game.

Yeah, especially now that I am inching closer to 13 hearts.

This game still delivering.

Protip; if you fee the dog three apples or meat he will lead to a chest that contains a Fragment Star.

Not sure if they reset after a Blood Moon, but I can't seem to find it again.

Beat 1 divine beast , completed 37 shrines and picked up the Master Sword. The good thing is i can use the horned statue to convert some of those hearts into stamina. Off to finally start playing the main quest again .
