He hasn't ruined his career, but he has thrown his lot in with some not so great people. There could definitely be repercussions that effect his life in a negative manner in the not so distant future. We will have to see.

I know I don't watch his show anymore, and I used to love it. This stuff just makes me feel really sad. Every time I see him being shitty I remember the good times, when he was one of the funniest gamers on youtube. That just isn't the case anymore.

But, you know, I guess he feels really strongly about protecting white culture...

EDIT: Going off of TheOGB's post, I want to just highlight that Jon is disingenuous as fuck when he specifies his Iranian/Hungarian ancestry as disproving his commitment to white supremacy, when he undoubtedly gets the benefits of white privilege because he is still ultimately a white male at the end of the day in this particular society. It's peculiar as it seems to me that Native American history and culture in the US is almost kept locked away, which is my POV from the outside looking in.

It should be celebrated not forgotten and hidden. If Americans had more positive exposure to this integral part of their history in the education system, perhaps there would be slightly less racism around.

If you go to New Zealand, the native culture there is celebrated, I'm not saying there isn't racism, and perhaps this is in part because the native population is comparatively much larger compared to that in the US versus the Caucasian population, but the attitude seems vastly different.
